摘要
文章针对软件行业人才"两难"现象,从教育的大背景、软件工程学科特点、经济社会对软件人才需求、地方高校工程应用型软件人才培养4个方面说明校企合作培养工程应用型人才是实现地方高校转型的有效途径。并以延安大学软件工程专业实践教学改革为例,从实践教学体系、实践教学平台、实践教学评价体系3方面提出了具体实施方案,以期不断提升地方高校软件工程专业人才培养质量。
In the view of talent dilemma phenomenon in the software industry,the paper describes that the university- enterprise cooperation cultivating the engineering applied talents is an effective way to transform the local colleges. In this paper,the authors analyze the education background,discipline characteristic,social demand for software talents and engineering applied software talent training in local universities,etc. And it takes professional practice teaching reform in software engineering major of Yan'an University as an example. The paper provides the detailed implementation schemes from three aspects: the practical teaching system,practical teaching platform and practical teaching evaluation system. The purpose of these schemes is to improve the quality of the software engineering professional talents for local universities.
