摘要
目的:掌握北京市朝阳区2006—2008年度流感流行动态及流感病毒的变异情况,为制定预防与控制流感流行措施提供科学依据。方法:依照《国家流感监测方案》要求的标准进行流行病学和病原学监测。结果:2006—2007年流行期采集流感样病例咽拭子310件,分离出流感病毒146株,阳性率为47.10%,其中甲3亚型114株,占78.08%;甲1亚型24株,占16.44%;乙型8株,占5.45%。2007—2008年流行期共采集流感样病例咽拭子标本600件,分离出流感病毒301株,阳性率为50.17%。其中甲3亚型57株,占18.94%,甲1亚型3株,占0.10%;乙型241株,占80.07%;两个流行期分别以12月和1月病毒检出率最高,且流感样病例门诊就诊百分比趋势与病毒分离率基本一致。结论:两个流行期监测表明,流感样病例数分别占门诊总病例数的2.35%和2.93%,监测门诊的流感样病例就诊高峰均在1月份,2006—2007年流行优势株为甲3亚型毒株,2007—2008年乙型流感病毒为流行优势毒株。流行病学采集的资料与病毒分离情况基本一致,说明朝阳区流感监测系统是敏感和特异的。
Objective:To understand the epidemic trend of influenza and the variant feature of influenza viruses isolated in Chaoyang District of Beijing and to provide scientific basis for making the prevention and control strategies of influenza. Methods: Epidemiological and pathogenic surveillance were conducted according to the criterion of China influenza surveillance program. Results:During the epidemic season in 2006 - 2007 and 2007 - 2008, the influenza surveillance showed that 146 (47. 10% ) strains of influenza viruses were isolated from 310 nasopharyngeal specimens during the epidemic season in2006 - 2007and 301 (50. 17% ) strains of influenza viruses were isolated from 600 nasopharyngeal specimens during the epidemic season in 2007 - 2008. In the 146 isolates during the epidemic season in 2006 - 2007,114 (78. 1% )were influenza A( H3N2 ) viruses, 24 (16.4%) were influenza A (H1N1) and 8(5.5%) were influenza B viruses, A (H3N2) virus was the predominant strain. In the 301 isolates during the epidemic season in 2007 - 2008, 57 (18.94%) were influenza A (H3N2) viruses, 3 (0. 10% ) were influenza A ( H1N1 ) and 241 ( 80. 07% ) were influenza B viruses, influenza B virus was the predominant strain. Condusion: During the epidemic season in 2006 - 2007 and 2007 - 2008, the percentages of influenza - like eases in all outpatients were 2. 35% and 2. 93% respectively, peaked in January , A (H3N2) virus was the predominant strain in 2006 - 2007 and B virus was the predominant strain in 2007 -2008.
