摘要
目的:探讨干化学法和尿沉渣镜检检测尿液中红细胞的不同意义。方法:对1000例随机抽取的门诊和住院患者尿标本进行干化学法和尿沉渣联合检测。结果:其中128例干化学法检测结果为潜血阳性,与尿沉渣检测结果不同步;872例尿潜血为阴性的标本,则有4.5%红细胞超出正常范围;阳性标本尿沉渣镜检红细胞形态与干化学法潜血多少没有必然联系。结论:干化学法与尿沉渣镜检联合检测才能提高尿液检验的准确性。
Objective:To determine the significance between the dry chemical apparatus examination and the urinary sediments examination of the erythrocyte. Methods: Randomly distill 1000 cases out of the patients who took the clinic service and the patients who stayed in the hospital to carry on the dry chemical apparatus examination and the urinary sediments consociation examination. Results:The results of 128 patients who took the dry chemical apparatus examination is present masculine under the microscope, the results is different from the urinary sediments examination. 872 cases are feminine specimens with 4.5% of erythrocyte outrun the normal scope. Masculine specimens showed that there is no direct relation between the urinary sediments examination and the dry chemical apparatus examination. Conclusion:Only if we combine the dry chemical apparatus examination and the urinary sediments examination we could get a high accuracy of urinary examination.
