摘要
昆钢上厂铁矿开展了废水的回收利用研究。对选矿厂尾矿进行了自然沉降试验,结果表明单纯的自然沉降浓缩作业难以达到大幅提高底流浓度的目的。采用微波技术处理尾矿水进行了试验,试验表明微波技术可加速尾矿的浓缩沉淀,获得较好的回水。
Shangchang Iron Mine of Kunming Iron & Steel (Group) Co. , Ltd. conducted research on recovery and utilization of wastewater. Free settling tests for tailings from the concentrator in the previous period were carried out. The results showed that singly free settling was hard to achieve the target to greatly increase underflow density. Microwave technology was applied to treat railings wastewater. The resuits showed microwave technology may improve thickening and settling of the tailings and gain better returned water.
