摘要
利用总状毛霉对黄体酮进行生物转化得到14α-羟基-4-孕甾烯-3,20-二酮和7α,14α-二羟基-4-孕甾烯-3,20-二酮。利用IR、MS和2D-NMR实验技术(HMBC、HSQC、1H-1H COSY)等波谱方法对生物转化产物的结构进行了详细研究,对14α-羟基甾体衍生物的13C化学位移进行了归属。运用X-射线单晶衍射方法确定7α,14α-二羟基-4-孕甾烯-3,20-二酮的空间构型,并进行了晶体结构分析。
14α-hydroxy steroid derivatives which were 14α-hydroxypregn-4-en-3, 20-dione and 7α,14α-dihydroxypregn-4-en- 3,20-dione respectively were isolated and purified from biotransformation of progesterone by Mucor racemosus,. The characterization of the metabolites was performed by various spectroscopic methods such as IR, MS, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and 2-D NMR. The ^13C chemistry shifts of compounds were also completely assigned. The stereoehemistry of 7α,14α-dihydroxypregn-4-en-3,20-dione was fully confirmed by X-ray diffraction study.
