真空熔炼铸态AB_2型储氢合金的组织结构

摘要 设计了3种成分AB2型合金,(Zr1-XTiX)(Ni,V,Mn,Co,Sny)2,采用真空中频感应炉熔炼,氩气保护下慢冷制备铸态合金,采用XRD、SEM、TEM方法研究它们的组织结构。结果表明,AB2型合金是以立方结构的Laves相C15为主相,有少量六方结构的Laves相C14和非Laves相,其中Z1的非Laves相是Zr9Ni11,Z2的非Laves相是Zr(Ni,Mn)Sn0.35,Z3的非Laves相是Zr7Ni10。 AB2 type (Zr1-x Tix ) (Ni, V, Mn, Co, Sny )2 alloys with three different composition were prepared by vacuum induction melting under the prevention of the argon gas. The microstructure of these alloys was analyzed by XRD, SEM and TEM. The result indicates that AB2 alloys were consist of cubic structure C15-Laves phase, hexagonal structure C14-Laves phase and some non-Laves phases which were ZrgNi11, Zr(Ni,Mn)Sn0.35 and Zr7Ni10 respectively.
