稀土元素对SnAgCu系无铅钎料合金组织与性能的影响

摘要 研究了不同类型的稀土元素Ce,Er,Y及其用量对Sn0.3Ag0.7Cu系钎料合金熔化温度、润湿性能、力学性能以及微观组织的影响。结果表明:稀土元素对钎料的性能有不同的影响,添加w(Ce)0.10%可有效细化微观组织,提高合金的润湿性和力学性能等综合性能,但稀土Er和Y对钎料性能的影响不太明显。 Different type of rare earth such as Ce,Er and Y were added into Sn0.3Ag0.7Cu solder alloys and the effect of rare earth on melting temperature,wettability,mechanical properties and microstructure of Sn0.3Ag0.7Cu+RE solders were also studied.The result showed that rare earth elements would affect the properties of the solder in different ways.The addition of 0.1% Ce in the solder could further refine the microstructure,and improve the wetting and mechanical properties.But the addition of Er and Y has a little effect on the properties of the solder.
