摘要
[目的]观察痰热清注射液治疗儿童手足口病的疗效。[方法]将240份病例随机分成3组,治疗组1给予痰热清注射液10ml,加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉点滴,每日1次。治疗组2给予痰热清注射液10ml,加入5%葡萄糖250ml中静脉点滴,每日1次,同期给予给予病毒唑0.1g加入5%葡萄糖250ml中,每日1次。对照组给予病毒唑0.1g加入5%葡萄糖250ml中每日1次。3组均附以维生素C或B族维生素,并根据情况纠正水电解质紊乱。如合并感染者3组均给予头孢替胺钠50mg(kg/d)静滴及对症治疗。[结果]治疗组有效率同对照组相比有显著差异(P<0.01)。[结论]痰热清注射液治疗儿童手足口病疗效确切,值得临床推广使用。
[Objective]To observe the cure effect of Tanreqing Injection on children hand-foot-mouth disease. [Method]Randomly divide 240 cases into 3 groups,treatment group 1 takes Tanreqing Injection;group 2 takes Tanreqing Injection and Virus Oxazole in the same time;the control group only Virus Oxazole. 3 groups were all added with Vitamin C or B and corrected water-electrolyte disorder correspondingly. [Result]There＇s marked difference between treatment groups and control group（P〈0.01）. [Conclusion] Tanreqing Injection has definite cure effect on children hand-foot-mouth disease.
