摘要
目的:建立复方盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释胶囊的快速鉴别方法。方法:采用紫外-可见分光光度法、薄层色谱法和化学反应对该制剂进行鉴别试验。结果:盐酸伪麻黄碱的水溶液在251 nm、256 nm与262 nm的波长处有最大吸收;薄层色谱法分离出了该制剂中的盐酸伪麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏;化学反应鉴别出了该制剂中的盐酸根和马来酸氯苯那敏。结论:所建立的方法简便、快速、专属,可用于实验室和药品检测车上对该制剂进行快速鉴别。
Objective:To establish a quick identifying method of compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride sustained release capsules. Method:The UV, TLC and chemical reaction was used. Results:The water solution of pseudoephedrine hydrochloride have maximum absorption in the wavelength of 251 nm, 256 nm and 262 nm. The chemical constituents from pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine Maleale in the preparation could be detected by TLC. The CI^- and chlorphenamine Maleale in the preparation could be identified by chemical reaction. Conclusion:The method is simple, quick, exclusive and could be used for quick identifying the preparation on laboratory and testing vehicles drugs.
