摘要
目的建立复方盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释胶囊薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用TLC法对复方盐酸伪麻黄碱缓释胶囊进行鉴别试验。结果TLC法分离出了该复方制剂中的盐酸伪麻黄碱和马来酸氯苯那敏。结论新建立的方法简便、灵敏、可行,分离效果好。
Aim To establish an determinating method for compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride sustained release capsules.Method TLC was used for determination of compound pseudoephedrine hydrochloride sustained release capsules.Result The chemical constituents from pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and chlorphenamine Maleale in the sustained release capsules could be detected by TLC.Conclusion The method is simple,sensitive,reliable,and the result of isolation is better.
