摘要
目的:建立浊度法测定红霉素的效价。方法:以金黄色葡萄球菌[CMCC(B)26003]为实验菌,培养基为pH7.0的Ⅲ号培养基,缓冲液为pH7.8的磷酸盐缓冲液。结果:线性范围0.10~0.85 u·mL^(-1),r=0.9972;平均回收率为99.4%(n=9),与管碟法比较,结果无显著性差异。结论:本法快速、准确,可信限率优于管碟法,可作为红霉素含量测定方法。
Objective:To establish a turbidimetric method for the microbial assay of erythromycin. Methods:The test microorganism was Staphylococcus aureus, pH7.0 medium m and pH7.8 phosphate buffer were employed. Results : The calibration curve was linear in the concentration range of 0. 10 - 0. 85 u ·mL^-1, r = 0. 9972 ; The average recovery was 99.4% ( n = 9). The results were accordant comparing with cylinder - plate method. Conclusion : The methods is proved to be rapid,accurate and feasible to determine the content of erythromycin.
