摘要
以斑马鱼Brachyclanio rerio为实验对象,用不同浓度(0.5、3.0、18.0mg/L)的阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)进行3、14、28、42、63d的暴露实验,通过测定肌肉组织中的总抗氧化能力(TAC)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量三项指标研究SDS对斑马鱼抗氧化能力的影响。结果表明:0.5mg/L和3.0mg/L实验组SOD活性受到显著抑制(P<0.05),TAC水平和MDA含量与对照组无显著差异;18.0mg/L实验组在TAC水平和SOD活性上均表现为显著降低(P<0.05或P<0.01),MDA含量较对照和低剂量组亦有较大幅度增加,显示该组受试个体的抗氧化能力受到了显著抑制。研究结果对评价水环境中SDS毒性生物效应具有参考意义。
The antioxidant capacity of Brachyclanio rerio exposed to different concentrations (0. 5, 3.0, 18.0 mg/L) of sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) was investigated by determinating TAC, SOD and MDA under different treatment periods (3, 14, 28, 42, 63 days). The results showed that the activity of SOD was highly inhibited at low SDS concentration (0. 5 mg/ and 3. 0mg/L) (P 〈 0. 05 ), while the level of TAC and MDA had no significant variation. At high SDS concentration (18.0 mg/L), the activity of both TAC and SOD decreased greatly(P 〈0. 05 或 P 〈 0. 01), and the content of MDA in- creased significantly compared with the low SDS concentration group, thus the antioxidant capacity of subject was inhibited significantly. This study may be valuable to evaluate the toxic effect of SDS in the water environment.
