吲哚美辛对于食管贲门癌开胸术后发热的疗效观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察吲哚美辛退热栓对食管、贲门癌开胸术后发热的治疗效果。方法:选择河北大学附属医院胸外科食管、贲门癌手术后第一天发热38℃及以上患者57例。随机分为试验组和对照组两组。试验组给予消炎痛(吲哚美辛)退热栓,对照组安痛定(复方安基比林注射液)肌内注射,将两组用药后体温变化进行统计学处理,探讨消炎痛退热栓对食管、贲门癌术后的退热效果。结果:消炎痛退热栓组退热作用优于复方氨基比林注射液组,总有效率分别为96%和86%(P<0.05),显效率分别为86%和55%(P<0.01)。用药30min两组平均体温有差异(P<0.05)。2 h后两组平均体温分别降至36.3℃和37.5℃(P<0.01)。4 h后复方氨基比林注射液组体温回升。消炎痛退热栓组退热持续时间为(10.3±2.3)h,优于复方氨基比林注射液组的(6.1±2.1)h(P<0.01)。结论:消炎痛退热栓,用于食管、贲门癌手术后退热疗效满意,退热作用强,起效快,维持时间长。优于复方氨基比林肌内注射。而毒副作用如胃肠道反应(恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻)。中枢神经系统症状(头痛、眩晕等),肝功能损伤、造血系统抑制(粒细胞减少等,再生障碍性贫血)。过敏反应(皮疹、哮喘)等发生无统计学差异。 Objective: To explore the clinical effects of Xiaoyantong on the treatment of the patients performed carcinoma of esophagus and cardiac cancer. Methods:50 patients performed carcinoma of esophagus and cardiac cancer in our hospital, whose temperature was higher than 38℃ after operation, were divided into experimental group and the controls randomly. The patients in the experimental group were injected with Xiaoyantong , and the controls were injected Antongding through intramuscular injection. The temperature changes of all the patients were compared statistically. Results:The effects of Xiaoyantong was better than that of Antongding in relieving fever, the total effective rates of the two medicines were 96% and 86% respectivdy (P 〈0.05 ). The improving effective rates were 86% and 55% respectively ( P 〈 0.01). Considering the average temperature of the patients, there was a significant difference between the two groups after given medicines for 30 minutes (P 〈 0.05 ). The average temperature of the patients in the experimental group and the controls reduced to 36.3℃ and 37.5℃ respectively ( P 〈0.01 ).. The temperature of the patients in the controls began to rise after given medicine for 4 hours. The lasting time of the experimental group (10.3 + 2.3h) was longer than that of the controls (6.1 +2. 1h) in relieving fever (P 〈0.01 ). Conclusions:The results show that the relieving fever effects of Xiaoyantong is satisfactory, its effects are superior to that of Antongding, its power can last for long time: There is not any remarkable difference between the two groups as for the side - effects( such as nausea, vomit, diarrhea, headache, granulocytopenia and aregenerative anemia ) and allergic reactions( e.g. skin rash and asthma ).
