摘要
目的比较两种手术方法治疗肛裂的效果,探讨肛裂传统手术方式的临床选择。方法采用随机对照临床观察方法,比较140例患者采用侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术和后正中切扩术的疗效、并发症及愈合时间。结果两组在愈合时间、疼痛程度等方面有显著性统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论侧位内括约肌切扩缝合术治疗肛裂具有愈合时间短、疼痛程度轻、对肛门外形影响小等优点。
Objective To compare the therapeutic effect of two different procedures in the treatment of anal fissure. Methods One hundred and forty patients were divided randomly into two groups and underwent open lateral sphincterotomy or midline spincterotomy. Therapeutic effect, complications and healing time were compared between the two groups. Results Two groups had significent differences in healing time and pain （ P〈0.05）. Conclusion Open lateral sphincterotomy have shorter healing time, milder pain and less influence on anal function.
