摘要
糖尿病是一种常见的内分泌代谢疾病,对人类健康危害重大。最近研究表明,2型糖尿病与神经内分泌免疫网络关系密切,特别是下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺(HPA)轴。HPA轴分泌的激素参与机体糖脂代谢的调节,应激等因素可使HPA轴功能紊乱,引起糖脂代谢紊乱,导致胰岛素抵抗,进一步发展为2型糖尿病。以HPA轴为靶点开发治疗2型糖尿病的新药已成为糖尿病治疗药物研究的一个新方向。
Diabetes mellitus is a common metabolic disease of the endocrine system. It is greatly harmful to human health. The newest research indicates that type 2 diabetes may has an close relationship with the immune-neuro-endocrine network, especially with the HPA axis. Hormones secreted by the HPA axis regulate glucose and lipid metabolism. Some condition factors ,for example the stress, can make the HPA axis disordered, bring about the disturbance of glucose and lipid metabolism, then result in the development of insulin resistance and type 2 diabetes. Exploring new drugs to treat type 2 diabetes by taking the HPA axis as the target is a new direction for the drug exploitation.
