摘要
目的:研究康定地区人工种植掌叶大黄的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱。方法:色谱柱为Shim-packVP-ODS(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为0.1%磷酸甲醇-0.1%磷酸水溶液(梯度洗脱),流速为1.0mL·min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为280nm。结果:建立了康定地区人工种植掌叶大黄的HPLC指纹图谱,确定了56个共有峰,并且对10批药材进行了相似度计算,建立了共有模板。结论:本方法简单可行,能够从整体上反映康定地区人工种植掌叶大黄的质量。
OBJECTIVE: To study the HPLC fingerprints of Rheum palmatum planted in Kangding area. METHODS: The samples were separated on a Shim - pack ODS( 150 mm× 4.6 mm, 5μm) with column temperature kept at 30 ℃ ; the mobile phase consisted of 0.1% H3PO4 methanol - 0.1% HaPO4 aqueous solution by linear gradient elution with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min^- 1 and detection wavelength of 280 nm.RESULTS:The HPLC fingerprints of Rheum palmatum planted in Kangding area had been established in which 56 common peaks were noted. Similarity of ten batches crude medicines was calculated, and a common template was set up. CONCLUSION :The established method is simple and feasible and by which the general quality of Rheum palmatum planted in Kangding area can be reflected.
