摘要
目的了解一种纯中药洗液杀(抑)菌效果及其稳定性。方法用悬液定量杀菌试验和抑菌环试验方法进行了观察。结果以含体积分数10%的纯中药洗液对白色念珠菌作用10 min,平均杀灭率达到99.90%以上,抑菌环>7 mm。用体积分数20%的纯中药洗液对金黄色葡萄球菌作用10 min和对白色念珠菌作用20 min,杀灭率均为100%。该纯中药洗液于54℃,放置14 d,对白色念珠菌的杀灭率无明显下降。结论该纯中药洗液具有良好的杀(抑)菌效果,性能稳定。
Objective To know the germicidal （bacteriostatic） efficacy and stability of a pure Chinese medicine lotion. Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test and bacteria - inhibiting zone test were used to carry out observation. Results The lotion containing 10% （v/v） pure Chinese medicine with a l0 min contact time killed over 99.9% of Candida albicans in average and produced a bacteria - inhibiting zone 〉 7 mm in diameter. The lotion containing 20% （v/v） pure Chinese medicine with a 10 min contact time and a 20 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans respectively. After the pure Chinese medicine lotion was stored at 54~C for 14 days, its efficacy in killing Candida albicans did not decrease significantly. Conclusion The pure Chinese medicine lotion has good germicidal （bacteriostatic） efficacy and is stable.
