摘要
冶金工业赤铁矿强磁选过程具有强非线性、不确定性且难以用数学模型描述。采用常规控制方法,难以将其工艺指标精矿品位与尾矿品位的实际值控制在目标值范围内。为此结合案例推理、规则推理等智能技术,开发了强磁选过程智能优化设定控制系统,并应用于国内某赤铁矿选矿厂强磁选过程,实现了强磁选过程的精矿品位、尾矿品位的智能优化控制。
Hematite high intensity magnetic separating process of metallurgy industry has the complexity of nonlinearity, uncertainty and it is difficult to describe with accurate mathematical models. It’s difficult to control the concentrate grade and tailing grade in the areas of target values by general control method. So the optimization setting control system was developed, combining with the intelligence technology of RBR, CBR. The system was applied to the high intensity magnetic separating process in some hematite concentrate plant, and the optimization control of concentrate grade and tailing grade was realized.
