转化生长因子-β_1在冠心病中的研究进展 被引量：9

摘要 转化生长因子-β（TGF-β）是许多具有共同生物学特性的信号分子组成的大家族，称为TGF-β超家族（transforming growth factor-β superfamily），TGF-β1是其中一员，其参与冠状动脉粥样硬化的形成和狭窄、心肌梗死后重塑、细胞凋亡等过程，是冠心病领域研究的热点，但在冠心病过程中的作用尚未完全阐明，仍有争议。本文对近年来国内外研究文献加以综述，以便对TGF-β1做更深入研究，对其在冠心病中的作用有更新的认识．为冠心病发生发展机制的探讨、临床治疗提供新的思路。
