摘要
对接管纵向弯矩作用下圆柱形容器开孔补强结构的弹性应力分布及应力集中进行了试验研究,并用有限元分析软件ANSYS进行了数值计算。针对3台具有不同d/D比的接管及标准补强圈补强的圆柱形容器进行这项研究。研究结果表明,筒体和接管纵向截面两侧的应力分布都呈现一定的反对称性,应力集中的范围十分有限,有限元数值模拟结果与试验结果基本吻合。
An test study for three cylindrical shells with a different d/D ratio nozzle and standard reinforcement was done. It's objective is to provide a detailed stress distribution and stress concentration in the vicinity of nozzle-cylindrical shells. Results indicate that the stress distribution of shell and nozzle shows anti-symmetrical characteristic in longitudinal section of cylinder-nozzle about the nozzle central line. The scope of stress concentration is limited. The results obtain by numerical simulation and test study are agreement very well.
