摘要
目的总结甲状腺手术方法改进的经验。方法回顾性分析我科于1995年1月-2008年1月所做的232例甲状腺手术切除病例资料,技术改进包括降低和缩小颈部切口,不结扎颈前静脉,不离断颈前肌群,先离断峡部、上极集束法结扎,预切线缝合牵引,电刀切开腺体包膜,采用引流、丝线皮内缝合。结果232例均术后5～6天拆线,一期痊愈出院。结论改进的甲状腺手术方式简化了手术步骤,减少了组织损伤,避免了许多手术并发症的发生,使患者术后恢复快,伤口美观,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To summarize the experience of improvement on the technique of thyroid surgery. Methods Review and analyze 232 cases of subtotal thyroidectomy done by our department from Jan. 1995 to Jan. 2008, including lowering and reducing the neck incision, not ligate anterior jugular vein, not sever the anterior neck muscles, sever the isthmus first, ligate the upper pole by collecting bundles and leave the thread for traction, electricity bistoury cut the envelope of the gland, use drainage and intradermal suture. Results About 5 to 6 days after surgery, all eases have been taken out the sutures, enjoy primary healing and leave hospital. Conclusion Improved operation method of thyroid will simplify the operation process, reduce the injury of tissue, avoid many postoperative complications, help the patient recover soon after operation and has good looking incision, which is valuable to spread application in clinic.
