摘要
现代职业教育发展需要科学合理的办学模式与之适应,依据现代社会经济发展提出构建现代职业教育办学模式,主要包括"三位一体"的运行保障模式、"双师"和"双证"相结合的培养模式、灵活多样的学习模式、"订单培养"的就业模式、多种教育与培训形式并存的在职培训模式以及适应职业教育发展的管理模式。
The development of modem vocational education needs adaptive scientific and reasonable school-running mode. According to the demand of modem social econom development on vocational education, this paper pointed out that the school-running mode of modem vocational education is supposed to include the following elements： a guaranteeing mechanism combing the government, the enterprise and the school,the mechanism for training both ＂double-typed＂ teachers and ＂double cards＂ students ,flexible learning mechanism, employment model of ＂the order form＂ ,on-duty training mechanism including multiple modes of education and training, as well as a management mode adapting to the development of voca- tional education.
