粤东海域表层沉积物中生物硅和有机质水平分布研究 被引量:7

Study on the Horizontal Distribution of Biogenic Silica and Organic Matter in the Surface Sediments from Eastern Coastal Areas of Guangdong Province

摘要 为了了解粤东海域沉积物生源要素分布及其与海域环境的关系,于2006年7月至2007年11月采集了柘林湾外至南澳岛以及汕头港附近海域10个采样点的春、夏、秋、冬4个季度的表层沉积物样品,分析了沉积物中生物硅(BSi)与有机质(OM)的含量。结果表明,研究海域沉积物中BSi和OM含量的变化范围分别为0.20%~0.67%和2.31%~11.14%,平均含量分别为0.43%和8.06%,且季度差异不明显。线性回归结果表明,OM与BSi含量具有明显的正相关关系,说明硅藻是该海域有机质的重要来源。柘林湾外海域BSi含量明显较高,显示出该海域较高的硅藻生产力;而汕头港海域较高的陆源输入导致沉积物中OM含量明显较高。 Biogenic silica (BSi) and organic matter (OM) were analyzed in surface sediments seasonally from 10 stations in eastern coastal areas of Guangdong Province from July 2006 to November 2007, in order to understand the relationships between biogenic parameters in sediment and marine environments. The BSi and OM contents ranged from 0.20% to 0.67% and 2.31% to 11.14%, respectively, with the average of 0.43% and 8.06%. There were no significant variations among seasons in both parameters. Meanwhile, linear regression results showed that BSi and OM presented a significant correlation, indicating diatoms played an important role in organic matters. Furthermore, the higher BSi contents in out Zhelin Bay areas reflected higher diatom production in the sea area; while high terrestrial loading of organic matters in Shantou Harbor resulted in significant higher OM content in the sediments.
