摘要
目的探讨外消旋体雌马酚(equol,Eq)对7种肿瘤细胞的体外抗增殖活性,并与大豆异黄酮主要成分黄豆苷原与染料木素比较。方法肿瘤细胞在RPMI-1640培养基中培养,采用MTT法测定不同浓度的雌马酚对肿瘤细胞的抑制作用;比较同浓度下雌马酚、黄豆苷原与染料木素的抗肿瘤活性。结果雌马酚对7种不同的肿瘤细胞系均有不同程度的抑制作用,且呈现浓度依赖性;在50μmol/L时,抗癌活性染料木素>雌马酚>黄豆苷原。结论雌马酚在体外具有广泛的抗肿瘤活性,且呈现一定的浓度依赖性;雌马酚的抗肿瘤活性弱于染料木素,强于黄豆苷原。
Objective It is to approach the anti-proliferation activity of racemic equol (Eq) on seven kinds of tumor celllines in vitro, Furthermore,its anti-proliferation activity was compared with that of isoflavone daidzein and genistein. Methods Tumor cells was cultured in RPMI - 1640 medium, then the inhibitory action of different concentrations of equol was detected by MTT assay. Moreover, a comparison of the inhabitory action among racemic equol, daizein and genistein were detected as well. Results The different levels of inhibitory action of equol were observed on seven different tumor cell lines in dose-dependent manner; the order of anticancer effect of three components: genistein〉 equol 2〉 daidzein. Conclusion Equol showed a broad-spectrum antitumor activity in vitro in a dose-dependent manner; also which is weaker than genistein, and stronger than daidzein.
