摘要
数控加工技能训练是目前数控专业的核心实践课程,针对该课程师资欠缺的尴尬,建议用导生制来解决,并就导生的选拔,培养和使用出了自己的观点。
The monitorial system was first built to foster students to educate students and it has been applied and promoted in the 21st China. Digital Control Processing Skills Training is a core course in digital control specialty but lack of teachers. The paper discussed the way to solve the problem instruction to the monitorial system and main key points of implement.
