摘要
目的:探讨留置针穿刺股静脉行急诊血液透析的效果。方法:用留置针穿刺股静脉作为血液透析的引血端,外周静脉为血液透析的回血端进行血液透析。结果;通过三种穿刺方法特点的比较,留置针穿刺股静脉简便易行,快速安全,适用于抢救急性肾功能衰竭患者的血液透析。结论:留置针穿刺股静脉,简便、快捷,成功率高。
Objective： To explore the catheter needle aspiration shares vein emergency hemodialysis results. Method： Venous catheter needle aspiration as a hemodialysis unit with the blood, peripheral venous blood for blood dialysis back-to hemodialysis. Results： Three characteristics of the puncture method, the femoral vein catheter needle aspiration was simple, fast security,apply to the rescue of patients with acute renal failure hemodialysis. Conclusions： The femoral vein catheter needle aspiration, was simple, fast, high success rate.
