摘要
目的总结血液灌流联合连续性肾脏替代治疗(CRRT)在治疗中毒引起的急性肾功能衰竭中的作用。方法 20例患者随机分为血液灌流+血液透析(HP+HD)组及血液灌流+CRRT治疗组。结果与HP+HD相比,HP+CRRT患者住院时间及肾功能恢复时间明显缩短。结论血液灌流联合连续性肾脏替代治疗可以更好的促进各种药物引起的肾功能衰竭的恢复。
Objective To investigate the combination of hemperfusion（HP） and CRRT in the treatment of acute renal failure caused by drug.Method The twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups： the hemoperfusion combined hemodialysis group and the hemoperfusion combined continuous renal replacement treatment（CRRT） group.Results The time of hospital stay and the time of renal function recovery were significantly short in HP＋CRRT group than the HP＋HD group.Conclusion The combination of hemoperfusion（HP） and CRRT can improve the recovery of renal function caused by many drugs.
