摘要
基于非调质钢终轧强度力学性能计算公式,利用合金相价电子结构参数nA计算了不同合金元素的固溶强化增量,从而得出如下结论:每种合金元素的固溶强化效果都有一个最佳质量百分点;除去碳元素以外,合金元素硅的固溶强化效果最理想。
Based on the suggested calculation method of the mechanical properties in the continuous casting and rolling non-quenched and tempered steel, solution strengthening increment of different alloy elements were calculated with the covalent electron parameters hA, Finally a conclusion was drawn that there was the best solution strengthening mass percentage of each alloying element with exception of carbon element. But the silicon element had its best solution strengthening effect.
