摘要 介绍了灰铸铁柴油机缸体缸盖熔炼过程中合成铸铁技术的应用、碳化硅的使用、孕育处理工艺。重点阐述了合金元素硅、锰、铜、铬、锡含量对缸体缸盖力学性能的影响。通过合理控制合金元素含量,降低了铸件主材成本,改善了铸件加工性能,取得了可观的经济效益。 This paper describes the application of synthesis cast iron technology during the melting process of the gray iron cylinder block and cylinder head of diesel engine, use of silicon carbide, inoculation technology. The effects of alloying elements such as Si, Mn, Cu, Cr, Sn on mechanical properties of cylinder block and cylinder head were represented. The cost of the primary material was reduced and the machinability of castings was improved through the reasonable control of alloy element content, and considerable economic benefits were achieved.
