摘要
目的优选产妇安复方中脂溶性有效成分提取工艺条件。方法以萃取率为考察指标,应用超声强化超临界CO2萃取技术(USCE)对产妇安复方中当归、川芎和干姜的脂溶性有效成分进行提取工艺考察。结果在萃取温度45℃,萃取压力28MPa,萃取时间3.5h,粒度20~40目的条件下,脂溶性成分萃取率最高。结论USCE可有效提取产妇安复方中脂溶性有效成分,该优选工艺稳定、可行。
Objective To optimize the extraction procedure of the fat-soluble components in complex Chanfuan. Methods Extraction efficiency was used as evaluation index. Active fat-soluble eomponents in Angelica sinensis, Ligusticum Chuanxiong and dried ginger were extracted by ultrasonic and supercritical fluid extraction ( CO2 ). Results The optimized conditions were : 40 ℃ of extraction temperature, 28 MPa of extraction pressure, 3.5 h of extraction time and 20 - 40 mu of particle size. Conclusion The fat-soluble components in complex Chanfuan can be effectively extracted by ultrasonic and supercritical fluid extraction.
