人力资源审计是一个较新的话题,通过对人力资源审计的特点、分类、范围的阐述,针对人力资源审计的必要性提出了自己的见解。
Labor resource audit is a new theme. In this paper, based on description of the characteristic, classification and range about the labor resource audit, this author＇s opinion on the necessity of labor resource audit was put forward.
