摘要
目的评价两种问卷式分级标准对人工耳蜗植入效果的直观评估效能。方法应用问卷式听觉行为分级标准和言语识别率分级标准分别评估人工耳蜗植入患者术后的言语感知能力和言语产生能力,并对患者的病程、术前助听器使用情况、植入时间、康复模式4个因素与康复效果之间的相关性进行统计学分析。结果人工耳蜗植入效果与患者的病程、植入时间的长短以及康复模式有关,而与术前助听器使用情况无关。结论听觉性行为分级标准及言语识别率分级标准能较客观地反映人工耳蜗植入患者术后听觉言语能力的真实水平。
Objective To investigate the directly evaluating efficacy of two sets of level-discriminating standards by questionnaires for the therapeutic effect of cochlear implant based on a clinical trial. Methods Utilized in this survey were the questionnaires of leveldiscriminating standards of Categories of Auditory Performance (CAP) and Speech Intelligibility Rating criteria (SIR) to evaluate the speech perception and producing abilities after the operation of cochlear implant. Moreover, analyzed statistically was the association of the rehabilitation effect of the procedure with other four parameters, including the duration of hearing loss, the time length of heating aid wearing before the operation, the wearing duration of cochlear implant and rehabilitation mode following the surgery. Results It was shown from this study that the efficacy of cochlear implant was closely associated with the duration of hearing loss, the wearing duration of cochlear implant and rehabilitation mode following the surgery, while there was no significant association with the status of hearing aid wearing before the operation. Conclusion It can be concluded from this study that the level-discriminating standards with the use of CAP and SIR can more objectively reflect the real level of speech and language rehabilitation ability after cochlear implant.
