摘要
目的:了解不同经济基础慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者院外长期氧疗生存质量的现状,探讨影响不同经济基础慢性阻塞性肺气肿患者生存质量的相关因素。方法:应用WHOQOL-BREF量表中文版,采取整群抽样的方法,对不同社区、不同经济基础慢性阻塞性肺水肿患者进行调查。结果:经济基础好的患者生存质量总体得分高于经济基础中等的患者,经济基础中等的患者生存质量得分高于经济基础差的患者。结论:不同经济基础的慢性阻塞性肺水肿患者生存质量得分存在差异,家庭和睦程度,饮食质量好坏,每日自觉连续氧疗和每月总收入是影响不同经济基础慢性阻塞性肺水肿患者生存质量的共同因素。
Objective： Understand the different economic foundation of chronic obstructive pulmonary emphysema patients quality of life and differences in the status quo on the basis of the economic impact of different quality of life factors in patients with COPD..Methods ： WHOQOL - BREF scale Chinese, to take the cluster sampling method, the different communities of different economic foundation of COPD patients with the investigation. Results ：The economic foundation of a good quality of life overall score higher than that of patients with moderate economic foundation, economic foundation of the quality of life of patients with moderate economic basis points higher than that of poor patients. Conclusion：The different economic foundation of the survival of patients with COPD,there was a difference in quality score, family harmony degree, good or bad quality food, oxygen therapy daily consciously consecutive time and total monthly income was the common factors of different economic foundation of the quality of life of patients in COPD.
