摘要
以钛酸四丁酯为钛源,A l2O3为载体,采用溶胶-浸渍法制备出负载型纳米TiO2/A l2O3催化剂。对实际印染废水进行光催化降解研究,考察了废水pH值、催化剂用量、光强、光照时间等对废水CODcr去除率的影响。结果表明,光催化处理染料废水的最佳工艺条件为:pH=4,催化剂用量为6 g/L,30 W紫外灯光照1 h,出水CODcr为46 mg/L左右,色度接近0,水质达到印染厂回用标准。
TiO2/Al2O3 photocatalyst was prepared by sol-gel-impregnation method using tetrabutyl titanate as Ti source and Al2O3 as carrier, and used as the catalyst for photoeatalytic degradation of dyeing waste water. The effect of catalyst quantity, pH value,light intensity and the processing time were investigated The results showed that the most effective processing condition for photocatalytic oxidation degradation of dyeing waste water is 1 h,initial pH value is 4, quantity of the catalyst is 6 g/L. The effluent of COD is 46 mg/L, and it meets the requirement of printing and dyeing technology.
