摘要
通过测定分析得知豆科植物骆驼刺（Alhagi pseudalhagi）种子油含不饱和脂肪酸高达88%及大量生理上必需的微量元素.经小鼠游泳试验和果蝇寿命试验不仅表现出加喂骆驼刺种子油的小鼠游泳耐受时间明显提高,而且在添加种子油培养基中培养的果蝇寿命延长率高达21.43%～22.56%.骆驼刺种子油是一种很值得关注和开发的强身健体、防癌延寿保健油脂.
The active component determination and analysis showed that the seed oil of Alhagi pseudalhagi,one species of subshrub in the family Leguminosae widely distributed to the desert area of the Northwest China, contained unsaturated fatty acid 88% and a lot of microelements necessary for physiological functions. The results from the mouse swimming tests and the life test of fruit fly（Drosophila melanogaster） showed that the swimming endure time of mice fed with the seed oil became obviously longer than the control, and the life prolong rate of fruit flys cultured in the media added with the seed oil ranged from 21.43% to 22.56%. Therefore, the seed oil of Alhagi pseudalhagi for some health functions such as keeping fit,anticancer and prolong life would be well worth close attention and further development
