口腔鳞癌中环氧合酶-2的表达及临床意义

The expression of cyclooxygenase-2 and its clinical Significance in oral squamous-cell carcinoma

摘要 目的:了解口腔鳞癌(OSCC)组织中环氧合酶-2(COX-2)的表达情况,并探讨其与肿瘤发展和转移的关系。方法:应用免疫组化SP法检测40例OSCC和14例正常口腔黏膜中COX-2的表达,分析其表达和临床指标的关系。结果:OSCC中COX-2的表达显著高于正常口腔黏膜组(P<0.01),其阳性表达率分别为70.00%和14.29%;在OS-CC中的表达Ⅲ~Ⅳ期病例显著高于Ⅰ~Ⅱ期病例(p<0.05),有淋巴结转移组显著高于无淋巴结转移组(p<0.05)。结论:本研究表明在OSCC中COX-2的高表达参与了肿瘤的生长和转移,但具体机制及其在OSCC预后、治疗中的意义还需进一步研究。 Objective: To study the clinical significance of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)protein in oral squamous-eell carcinoma (OSCC). Method: The expression of COX-2 protein was detected by using immunohistochemistry SP method in tissue specimens of 40 cases of human OSSS, 14 cases of normal oral mucosa, and then the relationship between the expres- sion of COX-2 protein and the clinical indexes were analyzed. Result: the positive rate of COX-2 protein over expression in OSCC was 70.00%, which was significantly higher than that in normal oral mucosa (14.29%:P〈0.01). The over expression of COX-2 protein was correlated with TNM stage and lymph node metastasis (P〈0.05). Conclusion:The up-expression of COX-2 protein might have promoting effects to the growth and metastasis of OSCC: however the potential mechanism and significance of COX-2 protein in the prognosis and treatment in OSCC still need further research.
