舒芬太尼用于无痛胃镜的临床观察 被引量：4

摘要 胃镜检查是上消化道疾病的基本检查，由于是侵人性检查，咽喉部强烈刺激必然引起咽喉部不适，诱发呛咳、恶心、呕吐，甚至躁动，还会产生不同程度的紧张、焦虑和疼痛。无痛胃镜已在临床开展多年，且多采用芬太尼、咪唑安定复合异丙酚来完成。舒芬太尼是一种新型的阿片类镇痛药，我们采用舒芬太尼结合异丙酚麻醉用于胃镜检查，并与芬太尼比较观察其用于无痛胃镜的安全性和可行性。
