磁共振检查骨质疏松进展

摘要 骨质疏松是一类骨量减少,同时伴有骨微结构破坏,即由于骨量和骨质量完整性的破坏,导致骨强度下降,骨脆性和骨折危险性增加的一种很常见的代谢性疾病[1,2].骨质疏松目前以检测骨密度值为重要依据[3].目前被认为是金标准的双能X线检测技术(DXA)难以评价骨结构.近年来在兴起的骨结构非侵入性检查中,磁共振(MR)的研究逐渐增多,引起人们的关注.
