摘要
用自制的双金属氰化物络合物催化剂(DMC)合成了以酚醛树脂为起始剂的聚醚多元醇。并利用温度与时间曲线分析合成反应的诱导期,考察了起始温度、催化剂浓度、起始剂用量以及单体浓度等对诱导期及最大反应压力的影响,并表征了酚醛聚醚多元醇的结构。结果表明,酚醛树脂中羟基浓度0.0037 mol.L-1、环氧丙烷18 mL(占物料总质量的95%)、催化剂DMC质量分数470×10-6%及温度110℃左右为最佳反应条件。
The polyether polyols was synthesized by using phenolic resins as the initiators and the self-made double metal cyanide as the catalyst. The reaction temperature and pressure changes were reeorded by using a computer. The effects of the reaction conditions on induction period and maximum reaetion pressure were studied. It was found that the optimum reaction condition was at a 0. 003 7 mol · L^-1 of the hydroxyl concentration and PO15mL in phenolic resin a 470X 10 6%0 mass fraction of DMC and a initiation temperature of about 110℃. The synthesized phenolic polyether polyols was characterized by FTIR.
