FT合成新型双金属层状粘土结构催化剂的研制

Research of a new smectite-type Fe-Co double metalline catalyst for FT synthesis

摘要 用FeCl_3·6H_2O、CoCl_2·6H_2O和Na_2SiO_3水玻璃共沉淀法制备出一种蒙脱土结构的新型催化剂。用XRD、SEM和氮气的低温吸附脱附等方法对催化剂的物相结构进行测定,确认该催化剂具有层状结构并有较高的比表面积。经过催化剂的前处理,FT合成在浆态床反应器中进行。反应条件为270℃,0.5 MPa,1.0 NL/g-cat/h,V(H_2):V(CO)=2,反应时间为6 h。产物分析得知C_9~C_(25)烃类的选择性达到了90%以上,使ASF分布规律发生正偏移。 The experiment synthesized a new smectite-type catalyst by co-precipitated of FeCl3· 6H2O ,CoCl2·6H2O and Na2SiO3 sodium silicate. The structure of the catalyst was studied by XRD,SEM and N2 adsorption-desorption,it was indicated that the catalyst had a high specific surface area. After the preparation of catalyst,the FT synthesis had been done in a slurry bed reactor. The condition was 270 ℃,0.5 MPa,1.0 NL/g-cat/h,V(H2) : V(CO)=2,which was last for 6 hours. The result of the production analysis showed that the selectivity of C9 - C25 hydrocarbons had achieved above 90%,which had broken the ASF distributed rule.
