摘要
在524K、2.31MPa、1845h(-1)、H2/CO=2.1的条件下考察了合成气中COS对FT合成催化剂活性及产物分布的影响。结果表明,随着催化剂中硫含量的增加,尾气中CO2、CH4含量减少,CO含量增加。催化剂中毒后,甲烷选择性明显提高,C5+重量百分含过降低,气态C2~C4烃增加,产物向低碳烃方向移动。油相和水相的产物分析结果表明,催化剂中毒后,产物中含氧化合物增加,液态烃中烯烃减少,正构烷烃和异构烷烃增加。当硫含量达11.32mgS/gCat.时,催化剂的活性为新鲜催化剂的一半。中毒后产物中CO2/H2O摩尔比和CO2选择性均降低,但H2/CO利用比几乎不变。
The effect of COS in synthesis gas on the activity in the Fischer-Trol:ssch (FT) synthesiswith an hourly space velocity of i 845 and the operating pressure of 2. 31 MPa at 524K in H,ICO feed ratioof 2. I containing 350. 8m8 of sulfur as COS was investisated. The results showed that the contents of COzand CH` in the exit gases decreased with increasing sulfur fed to catalyst ,and the content of CO increased.The selectivity to CH` significantly increased when the catalyst was poisoned by COS. The Cs+ weight content in preduct decreased , and the saseous Cz ̄C` hydrocarbons increased. This trend indicates that prixluctdistribution shifts to the lishter hydrocarbons- The activity decreased to half when 1 1. 32m8 of s'ulfur pergrani of catalyst had been intreduced. The oxysenates formed in products incraseed  ̄ ̄ the sulfur fed to thecatalyst was increased. The COzlHzO ratio and the selectivity to COz all decreased with increasing sulfur fedto catalyst.
