复方田七胃痛胶囊对胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜一氧化氮及内皮素的影响 被引量:3

Effect of TianQi WeiTong capsules on NO and ET contents in gastric mucosa of rats with gastric ulcer

摘要 [目的]通过观察复方田七胃痛胶囊对胃溃疡(GU)大鼠胃黏膜一氧化氮(NO)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)以及内皮素(ET)水平的影响,探讨其保护胃黏膜损伤的可能机制。[方法]采用Okabe乙酸烧灼法制作大鼠胃前壁溃疡模型,随机将模型动物分为模型组,复方田七胃痛胶囊(简称复方田七)大、中、小剂量组,硫糖铝及法莫替丁组,各组分别连续给药治疗10 d。给药结束后,检测溃疡周围组织NO、NOS及ET的水平。[结果]与模型组相比,所有给药组均能够提高胃组织NO及NOS的水平,减低大鼠胃组织ET的水平(P<0.01);其中复方田七大剂量组的作用最强。[结论]复方田七胃痛胶囊提高大鼠胃组织NO及NOS、显著降低ET水平,可能是提高大鼠GU黏膜愈合程度的作用机制之一。 [Objective]To observe the effect of Chinese drugs-TianQi WeiTong capsules on NO,NOS and ET of gastric mucous in rats and explore it's mechanism of protecting the gastric mucous. [Methods]The gastric ulcer model was established by dropping acetic acid on the rat's surface of gastric. Rats were randomly divided into 6 groups:model group, herbs group of high, middle,low dosage, sucralfate group and famotidine group. All of these rats were lavaged with different medicine in 10 days. After the treatment, the content of NO, NOS and ET in gastric or- ganize were observed. [Results]NO and NOS content in mucosa in the Chinese medicine group and the western medicine group was lower than that in the model group (P〈0.01) and ET content in mucosa in the herbs group and the western medicine group was higher than that in the model group (P〈0. 01). [Conclusion]Increasing NO and NOS content and decreasing ET content in gastric mucosa may be the mechanism of protecting the gastric mucous of TianQi WeiTong Capsules.
