摘要
通过教学工作水平评估,有效地推动了职业教育的改革与发展,促进了教学基础建设,规范了质量监控体系,进一步提升把师资队伍建设放在教育教学工作的首要位置,构建师资管理的长效机制是确保师资水平和教学质量的不断提高。
Through teaching work assessment, the reform and development of vocational edncation have been effectively promoted. The basic construction of teaching has been greatly advanced. The system of quality control has been well standardized, further emphasizes the construction of teaching staff members should always be put in the first place in educational teaching work. The constant effeclive system of administration of teaching staff members is the critical assurance of the qualification of all teachers and the continuous improvement of teaching quality.
