凋亡 核小体 抗核小体抗体与狼疮肾炎
摘要
狼疮肾炎（lupus nephritis，LN）是系统性红斑狼疮（systemic lupus erythematosus，SLE）发生率最高的并发症，是免疫复合物介导的继发性肾小球肾炎。而近十年的研究显示凋亡产生的核小体介导免疫复合物沉积于肾小球基底膜，引起肾组织病理损伤，在LN的发生发展中起重要作用。本文对凋亡紊乱及凋亡细胞清除缺陷在SLE发生机制中的作用，核小体诱导免疫反应的机制以及在介导LN损伤中的作用综述如下。
