摘要
使用APACHEⅢ评分系统评价75例急危重症患者的病情，比较了手术与非手术患者，急诊手术与择期手术患者的APACHEⅢ评分及实际病死率。结果：APACHEⅢ分值与预后有较好的相关性，分值越高则病情越重，预后越差，病死率越高。
APACHEⅢ was used to evaluate 75 critical patienta in the ICU. Then the 75 cases weredivided into different groups according to therapeutic methed and result: Survival: and death;operated and non-operated, acut operated and select time operated. By comparing APACHEⅢ scores andactuall motality of different group patiepts, We find that the APACHEⅢ score is w6ll associatedwith the prognosis of the crifical patients: the higher the APACHE score, the higher the motality.
