摘要
主要介绍了活性艳蓝KN-R、活性翠蓝JN-G染色特征值、染料的耐盐碱性、与纤维素纤维和水的反应历程,分析了连续轧染和浸染染色中,由于染料在盐碱作用下溶解度下降和染料的聚集是产生色点色花的主要原因,通过预碱法及提高染色和固色液温度可以有效解决染色中出现的色点和色花,亦可通过替代染料来解决。
Coloured spots on the fabric resulted from dyeing with reactive brilliant blue or green are chiefly attributed to the decreasing of dye solubility and dye aggregating because of the action of alkali, and the problem can be solved by pre-alkali treating and raising the dyeing and fixation temperatures.
