摘要
通过对大豆蛋白纤维结构的分析,提出采用活性染料变性浴染色方法对大豆蛋白纤维进行染色。经过染色实验,结果表明:采用Cibacron FN和CibacronLS型棉用活性染料染色,上染率分别提高23%和20%,且有较好的固色率和染色牢度;而Lanasol型毛用活性染料不适宜大豆蛋白纤维染色。
According to the analysis on the structure of the soybean protein fiber,this paper puts forward the modified dyeing method using the reactive dye. The experimental results show that the dye uptake of the cotton fiber used reactive dyes of Cibacron FN and Cibacron LS increases 23% and 20% repectively,and both of them bear better fixation rate and color fastness,but the Lanasol type of wool fiber used reactive dye is not so applicable to dye the soybean protein fiber.
