慢性心力衰竭伴发贫血中医治疗思路探讨 被引量：3

摘要 近年来，慢性心力衰竭（chronic heartfailure，CHF）与贫血之间的关系正逐渐受到关注。有研究表明，多数CHF患者存在不同程度的贫血，其发生率在美国纽约心脏病学会分级（NYHA）Ⅰ～Ⅳ级患者中分别是7％、36％、41％、76％。即使是在射血分数正常的舒张性心力衰竭患者中，贫血的检出率也达42％。
