摘要
以聚醚二元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)和丙烯酸羟丙酯(HPA)为原料,合成了聚氨酯丙烯酸酯树脂。并以此为主体树脂,通过添加光引发剂、活性稀释剂、增塑剂和偶联剂等助剂制备光固化聚氨酯丙烯酸酯胶粘剂。研究了HPA用量、活性稀释剂用量和n(-NCO)∶n(-OH)比值等因素对胶粘剂性能的影响。实验结果表明,当w(活性稀释剂)=50%~60%、w(HPA)=10%~15%、w(偶联剂)=3%~5%、w(光引发剂)=0.2%~0.5%、w(增塑剂)=15%~20%和n(-NCO)∶n(-OH)=0.95∶1时,胶粘剂的综合性能较好。
The polyurethane acrylate resin was prepared with polyether diol, toluene diisocyanate(TDI) and hydroxypropyl acrylate (HPA) as raw materials. With the polyurethane acrylate resin as matrix resin, the photocurable polyurethane acrylate adhesive was prepared by adding photoinitiator, active thinner, plasticizer, coupler and so on. The influence of' HPA content, active thinner content and molar ratio between -NCO and -OH were discussed on adhesives performance. The experiment result showed that the adhesive had better integration performance when mass fraction of active thinner, HPA, coupler, photoinitiator, plastieizer were respectively between 50% and 60%, between 10% and 15%, between 3% and 5%, between 0.2% and 0.5%, between 15% and 20% and molar ratio of-NCO and -OH was 0.95:1.
