摘要
新型农村合作医疗在一定程度上起到了防止农民因病致贫的作用。但是目前新型农村合作医疗对农民的医疗保障水平还不高。以新疆阿勒泰地区青河县的实践为例,探讨分析新型农村合作医疗保障力低下的深层次原因,从制度层面上探析新型农村合作医疗的改进方向,以达到提高新型农村合作医疗的保障水平,更好地服务于农民的目的。
New rural cooperative medical system plays a role in preventing peasant＇s poverty caused by diseases in some degree, but it has not better medical insurance level for peasants at present. Taking the practice of in Qinghe county of Ahai region, Xinjiang as the example, the paper analyzed the deep causes of low guarantee ability in medical system, and discussed the improvement direction of new rural cooperative medical system from system, so as to achieve the aim of promoting medical insurance level of new rural cooperative medical system and providing better services for people.
